Blog in Education
What is blog?
A blog is a personal website that contains content organized like a journal or a diary. Each entry is dated, and the entries are displayed on the web page in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent entry is posted at the top. Readers catch up with blogs by starting at the top and reading down until they encounter material they’re already read.
Why Use Blogs In Education?
Blogs are extremely useful, both to the writer and the reader. The writer may have a lot of knowledge to share, and the reader may want an informal way to learn about a topic. Some people use blogs to find other people with similar problems, issues or situations.
Blog is useful to support our english teaching learning process because we can develop our learning, and sharing opinion with our students in a media like a blog. As a teacher, we have to be creative and we have to follow development era. When we become a teacher we can use it. For example when we can’t attend class, it doesn’t mean that we can’t give them material, assignment etc. By our blog. By using blog, we can always connect with our student.
